Can I divorce my husband who is living in Spain using the UK courts?

I now want a divorce, but do not want to have to go to Spain to get one. Can I get a divorce through the British courts without him coming back to the UK?

You just need to prove that you are legally resident in the UK and be here while the divorce goes through the courts.
