The case remains client- led and elements can include advice on law and procedure, drafting documents, consent orders and arranging advocacy with barristers via direct access. You handle the routine correspondence. This is extremely cost-effective.

Nobody who marries contemplates divorce at that time. If it comes, as it does in a depressingly high proportion of cases, we are unprepared and angry. There is the daunting prospect of the legal minefield and the justifiable and real fear of legal costs eating up the one family pot.

For twenty-six years, he practiced as a solicitor both in Knightsbridge, Central London and in the Home Counties. He is an acknowledged expert in Family Law, and has advised thousands of clients from big players in the City, show business personalities and many other walks of life, to the most humble.
