This is an open letter from Rodney Hylton-Potts for anyone who has read the allegations on Rip Off Report and another similar website. Unfortunately these issues were never raised with us to allow us to help and resolve any of the issues they have raised.
We have handled thousands more cases over the years with many, many satisfied clients, happy with the level of service we have provided as well as the outcomes of their cases.

Dear Sir or Madam,
You may have read the comments online which go as far to suggest that I am actively seeking to ‘rip off’ each and everyone of my clients which couldn’t be further from the truth.
I am in good company with this website, designed to blackmail and bully advisor’s to pay them money to have the report removed. I am made of sterner stuff.
One of the two reports is from a client from some years ago, who had serious mental health issues, and still feel somewhat sorry for her. She had a very raw deal from her ex-husband, and obviously desperately misses her children, which is very sad.
I was international solicitor for over 25 years, and now am a legal consultant and member of US bar associations.
The other complaint is from a father who was immensely frustrated at not being able to see his children, and took it out on me.
I feel no animosity towards either of these former clients. Both were under huge stress and looked around for someone to blame. I expect I have done the same myself at some point in my life.
These two negative postings are outweighed by literally 100’s of genuine testimonials and thank yous from satisfied clients.
Thank you for reading this. If you consult me I will never let you down, and my firm is committed to an ethical, professional, efficient and cost effective service.
Yours Faithfully,
Rodney Hylton-Potts
